IT Asset Manager

Manage the values that appear in dropdown menus across the application. Changes take effect immediately.

Manage your organisation's physical locations in a hierarchy (Site → Building → Floor → Room). Assets can be assigned to any location.

Manage your top-level business divisions. Departments can be linked to a division. The three divisions are typically: Mixed Accom, Holidays, and Corporate.

Manage your departments and brands. Each department can be linked to a division. These values are used across Assets, Licenses, and Internet Services.

Find probable duplicate records by exact match on key fields. Review the groups below; dismiss false positives or open a record to merge / delete by hand.

A complete audit trail of every create, update, delete, restore, purge, and document action performed in the system.

Records deleted in the last 30 days. Restore brings the record back with its history and documents intact. Purge permanently deletes (cannot be undone).

Configure automatic email alerts for upcoming license expirations. Alerts are sent once per license per threshold.

Configure automatic email alerts for upcoming asset warranty expirations. Alerts are sent once per asset per threshold.

Configure automatic email alerts for internet/mobile service contracts and SSL certificates nearing expiry. Each rule is keyed to one alert type (Service Contract or SSL Certificate). Alerts are sent once per service/domain per threshold.

Generate install packages for the device agent. The agent runs on each Windows computer and automatically reports hardware information back to this system.

Export asset data for bulk QR label printing with Brother P-touch Editor. Load the exported file into P-touch Editor, map columns to label fields, and print in one run.

Manage and review mobile stocktake sessions. Share the stocktake URL with staff to begin a session on their phone. Each session records scope, scans, and a reconciliation result.

Assign roles to user email addresses. Admin — full access including this panel. Manager — create and edit, no deletes. Viewer — read-only. If no roles are configured, all authenticated users are treated as Admin (bootstrap mode).

Configure automated email reports. The system checks daily and sends reports on their configured day. Reports cover the next 90 days for expiry-based reports. Use "Run Now" on any row to send immediately, or "Run All Due" to trigger today's pending schedules.

Send real-time notifications to external systems (Slack, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.) when events occur in IT Asset Manager. Each webhook receives a signed JSON POST.
